NOW Vitamin D3 & K2 1000iu/45mcg

Vitamin D3 is a fat soluble vitamin helps with the absorption of Calcium and Phosphate.  This action, along with others, allow D3 to aid in bone growth, muscle contraction regulation, Immune system, and sugar conversion to energy.  By add K2, it will increase the absorption of D3 increasing the beneficial affects of D3.

Vitamin D3 should be taken with a meal, preferrably with fat, to maximize absorption.
