Still waiting to receive it this is unprofessional

Your order was placed on a Saturday, and dropped off with the postal service at 10am that Monday, which we provided proof of to you. In addition, we filed a claim for you with USPS and refunded you early because of the situation. The you ended up receiving your product late due to USPS.
