Unfortunately you are judging us for something we had nothing to do with. Your order was shipped within 18 hours of it being placed, and you received a response to all 4 of your messages within 90mim regardless of the time they came in. I understand it is frustrating that USPS took longer than usual, but again, we can not control what they do once we drop off the order.
